- the lot in order, fenced (a sycamore tree planted on each lot, the tree may be planted by a customer at customer’s order);
- concrete-stoned driveways Carpet Stones
- full road infrastructure in the housing estate (cobbled roads and pavements, road lightings)
- sanitary and water sewage system, rain drain system, gas
